RESOLVED –That Councillor S Davies be appointed Chairman.

To provide an opportunity for Members and Officers to declare any disclosable pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests in any item on the agenda and for Members to declare if they have pre-determined any item on the agenda.

There were no declarations of interest.

To consider an application to vary a Premises Licence submitted by Arley Hall and Gardens in respect of Arley Hall and Gardens, Arley, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 6NA.

The Sub-Committee considered a report regarding an application to vary a Premises Licence for Arley Hall and Gardens, Arley, Northwich, Cheshire CW9 6NA.

Prior to the start of the hearing the Licensing Solicitor requested from the applicant clarification on whether or not the capacity aspect of the application should be considered given the current licence had no restrictions on capacity.  A 15 minute adjournment was allowed in order for the applicant and his representatives to consider the capacity aspect.

The meeting was reconvened and the applicant requested that the capacity aspect of the application should be withdrawn.  As the objectors present did not object to the other aspects of the Licensing application they were granted.

RESOLVED - That the application to vary a premises licence be granted as follows:-

Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00 every day including Bank Holidays all year round except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and the period between 25 December to 2 January.
