Committee details

The Licensing Act Sub-Committee is a Sub-Committee consisting of three members of the Licensing Committee selected on an ad hoc basis. The Licensing Act Sub-Committee is responsible for determining applications under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005 in cases where relevant representations have been received (and not withdrawn).
