In the interest of openness and transparency, the following declarations were made;

 

In relation to application 25/2406OUT – the Chair declared that all members of the Strategic Planning Board had received correspondence from the Bradwell Road Action Group.

 

In relation to application 25/2405OUT - Councillor Edgar and Councillor Clowes declared that they knew the Parish Council representative who would address the Board, however, they had not had any discussions with them regarding the application.  

 

In relation to application 25/2406OUT – Councillor Edwardes declared that he had received a phone call from the ward councillor of the application site, however, had not discussed or expressed a view on the application.
