- Councillor Garnet Marshall - In the interests of Openness - In relation to Item 8 – Decision to Let a Construction Contract for the Middlewich Eastern Bypass, Councillor G. Marshall declared, in the interests of openness and transparency, that he was a Ward Councillor for Middlewich. He stated that he wished to speak in his capacity as Ward Councillor but would not take part in any debate or vote on the item.
- Councillor Hazel Faddes - In the interests of Openness - In relation to Item 6- Town & Country Planning Act 1990 s257 Proposed extinguishment of Public Footpath Basford No 2 and Public Footpath West and Crewe Green No 17 (part), Councillor H Faddes declared in the interest of openness and transparency that she had met with the developers but had not discussed the item being considered at the meeting today.
