34.	Apologies for Absence View the background to item 34. To receive any apologies for absence. Minutes: Apologies for absence were received from Councillors L Braithwaite and N Mannion.
35.	Declarations of Interest/Pre Determination View the background to item 35. To provide an opportunity for Members and Officers to declare any disclosable pecuniary and non-pecuniary interests and for Members to declare if they have a pre-determination in respect of any item on the agenda. Minutes: In the interest of openness in respect of application 20/3260M, Councillor L Smetham declared that she had been a Member of the Licensing Act Sub Committee who had considered an application for a Premises Licence by Daniel Morgan in respect of Lady Grey Farm, Lady Lane, Mobberley, Knutsford on the 27^th February 2020, however she confirmed she had not fettered her discretion in respect of the planning application for the same site.

Minutes: RESOLVED That the minutes of the meeting held on 1 September 2021 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To consider the above application. Minutes: Consideration was given to the above application. (Stuart Nixon, an objector, Bernadette Bailey, a supporter and Donna Barber, the agent for the applicant attended the meeting and spoke in respect of the application. In addition a statement was read out on behalf of Councillor C Leach, the Ward Councillor). RESOLVED That the application be deferred in order to allow discussions to take place with the applicant regarding reducing scale / Green Belt impact of proposal.
