To consider the approval of the draft Prestbury Supplementary Planning Document for the purpose of public consultation.

The Cabinet Member for Performance and Capacity considered a report which sought approval of the draft Prestbury Supplementary Planning Document for the purpose of public consultation.

The Cheshire East Local Development Scheme committed the Council to producing the Prestbury Supplementary Planning Document in conjunction with the Prestbury Parish Plan Group. The draft document had been considered and agreed by the Local Development Framework Panel at its meeting held on 16^th November 2009. Once adopted, it would be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.

RESOLVED

That the draft Prestbury Supplementary Planning Document be approved for the purpose of a statutory six week period of consultation.
