To consider the approval of the draft Over Peover Supplementary Planning Document for the purposes of public consultation.

The Cabinet Member for Performance and Capacity considered a report which sought approval of the draft Over Peover Supplementary Planning Document for the purpose of public consultation.

The Cheshire East Local Development Scheme committed the Council to producing the Over Peover Supplementary Planning Document in conjunction with the Over Peover Parish Plan Group.  The draft document had now been agreed with the Parish Plan Group and had also been agreed by the Local Development Framework Panel at its meeting held on 16^th November 2009. Once adopted, it would be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.

RESOLVED

That the draft Over Peover Supplementary Planning Document be approved for the purpose of a statutory six week period of public consultation.
