Parkgate Industrial Estate (19/0732M) is about to get 14 new
industrial units, with over 400 car parking spaces.
The New Parkgate Housing estate (18/2996M & 18/2104M) will
bring over 200 more homes.
All will need to be accessed via Parkgate Lane, off Mobberley Road,
and over a narrow stone hump back railway bridge.
There would be no vehicular access in and out of Parkgate if that
bridge were to fail.
