37.   Prior to commencement a design for a Toucan crossing on Flowers Lane to be submitted and approved  

38.   Prior to commencement details of the construction and demolition phase of the Hospital to be agreed to include location and number of construction staff parking, Bus Routing, HGV routing. Monitoring of construction trips to the site and number of deliveries to the site. 

39.   Submission of a Green Travel Plan 

40.   Prior to installation, details of all proposed and retained boundary treatments (including all walls, fences, hedgerows and other means of enclosure on the boundaries or and within the site)

In the event of any changes being needed to the wording of the Committee’s decision (such as to delete, vary or add conditions / informatives / planning obligations or reasons for approval/refusal) prior to the decision being issued, the Head of Planning has delegated authority to do so in consultation with the Chair/Vice Chair of the Strategic Planning Board, provided that the changes do not exceed the substantive nature of the Committee’s decision.
