The Sub-Committee will comprise 7 members, on a politically proportionate basis: 3:3:1 (Conservative: Labour: Independent).

There is an open invitation to a member of the Liberal Democrat Group to attend meetings of the Sub-Committee on an informal non-voting basis, and to contribute to the Sub-Committee’s debates.
