Minutes:

The Cabinet Member considered a report on two applications for Neighbourhood Planning Grant funding.

Applications had been received from Marton Parish Council and Weston and Basford Parish Council for grant funding.  These application had been assessed against the Policy for the Allocation of Neighbourhood Planning Grants, which set out the approach the Council would take to allocate funding to designated bodies preparing neighbourhood plans.

The report set out the funding requested, highlighting those parts that had been either rejected or subject to the receipt of a lower grant offer, and the reasons for the recommendations made.

RESOLVED:

That approval be given to the funding requests from Marton Parish Council for £3,000, and from Weston and Basford Parish Council for £3,500.
