Minutes:

Councillor Rachel Bailey, Cabinet Member for Safer and Stronger Communities, and Councillor Jamie Macrae, Cabinet Member for Prosperity, requested that it be recorded that as Cabinet Members they have not had any involvement in the process of bidding or development of plans for this particular application prior to this meeting.  It had not been a Cabinet decision.
