RESOLVED – That, for the reasons set out in the report, the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
1. Time limit
2. Approved plans
3. Submission of drawings showing windows/roof lights to all bedsit rooms
4. The development to be implemented and retained in accordance with the approved plan showing bin storage.
