In the interest of openness in relation to application 12/3937M, Councillor H Davenport declared that he and some other Members knew Mr Yates who was speaking as an objector.
In the interest of openness in relation to applications 12/3329C and 12/4115N, Councillor J Hammond declared that he was a member of Cheshire Wildlife trust who had been consulted on both of the applications.
