To note the revised Capital Programme. (Appendix 4) and to approve the  reductions in the approved Capital Programme (Appendix 1), Supplementary Capital Estimates and Virements (Appendix 2) and amendments to the Treasury Management Strategy (Appendix 3).

           Consideration was given to a report which brought forward Cabinet recommendations for amendments to the Capital Programme and Treasury Management Strategy contained within the 2012/13 Mid Year Review of Performance report for Council approval. 

 

RESOLVED

 

  1. That the revised Capital Programme, as set out at appendix 4 of the report, be noted.

 

  1. That the reductions in the approved Capital Programme (Appendix 1), the Supplementary Capital Estimates and Virements (Appendix 2) and the amendments to the Treasury Management Strategy (Appendix 3), be approved.
