Public Speaking
Meeting: 06/12/2012 - Strategic Planning Board (Item 115)
PDF 46 KBA minimum period of 1 hour will be allocated for public speaking and this period may be extended, at the discretion of the Chairman of the Board. Each public speaker will be allowed to speak for a maximum period of 2 minutes. Speakers must register in advance of the meeting by contacting Sarah Baxter – sarah.baxter@cheshireeast.gov.uk

The Chairman informed the Board that speakers had been allocated a period of 2 minutes to speak, which he could extend at his own discretion.
In addition, Councillor D Brown gave a short speech outlining the importance of the document to which Members were giving consideration as well as extending his thanks to the public for their attendance at the meeting.
