Consideration was given to the recommendation of Cabinet to approve revised Shadow Health and Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference, together with a number of changes to the Terms of Reference, which had been agreed by Cabinet and were highlighted in blue and appended to the agenda.
RESOLVED
- That the revised Shadow Health and Wellbeing Board Terms of Reference, including the changes agreed by Cabinet, be approved.
- That Council supports the recommendation to further review the Board’s Terms of Reference in advance of the Board assuming its statutory functions, taking account of Board priorities expressed within the Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy which will be finalised in the autumn following a period of consultation.
