RESOLVED – That, contrary to the planning officer’s recommendation for approval, the application be REFUSED for the following reason:

 

The proposed development is cramped, intrusive and unsympathetic to the character of the area, due to its size and relationship to neighbouring property, contrary to GR1 and GR2.
