Minutes:

The Licensing Committee at its meeting on 12^th September 2011 had considered a proposal to re-adopt the provisions of Schedule 4 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (in relation to street trading) within the Borough of Cheshire East.

The Committee had recommended that Council approve the proposal.

RESOLVED

That Schedule 4 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (as amended) be adopted and apply to the Borough of Cheshire East with effect from 1 December 2011.
