The Committee considered a report regarding the above planning application and an oral report of the site inspection.
The Principal Planning Officer reported that under the heading ‘Principle of Development’ in the report ‘the settlement boundary for Bunbury’ should read ‘the settlement boundary for Wrenbury’.
RESOLVED – That the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
