RESOLVED:
That Application No. 10/1746C be APPROVED subject to the following conditions -
1. Commence development within 3 years.
2. Development in accordance with agreed drawings
3. Submission of details/samples of external materials including driveway
4. Submission of full details of boundary treatments
5. Limit on hours of construction
6. Limit on hours of piling
