The Committee considered a report regarding the above planning application.

           

      RESOLVED –

 

      That the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:

 

1.         Standard time limit

2.         Compliance with the approved plans

3.         Hours of operation limited to 10.00 to 21.00 Monday to Saturday and 11.00 to 20.00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays

4.         Submission of a scheme for the enclosure of any acoustic fans

            Informative:  Internal CCTV should also be provided.
