Councillor Garnet Marshall - In the interests of Openness - In relation to Item 8 – Decision to Let a Construction Contract for the Middlewich Eastern Bypass, Councillor G. Marshall declared, in the interests of openness and transparency, that he was a Ward Councillor for Middlewich. He stated that he wished to speak in his capacity as Ward Councillor but would not take part in any debate or vote on the item.
