• Councillor Anthony Critchley - In the interests of Openness - Declared that he was a member of the Strategic Planning Board that had approved Handforth Garden Village planning application.
• Councillor Patrick Redstone - In the interests of Openness - Declared that he had previously been a member of the Strategic Planning Board where the Handforth Garden Village had been discussed.

9. Notice of Motion: Commission an Independent Hydrogeology Report for the South Macclesfield Development Area

• Councillor Chris O'Leary - In the interests of Openness - Declared that he was the proposer of the Notice of Motion and that he was also involved with the Save Dane Moss campaign group.
• Councillor Janet Clowes - In the interests of Openness - Declared that she was the seconder of the Notice of Motion.
