- Councillor Janet Clowes - In the interests of Openness - In the interest of openness in respect of application 21/2067N, Councillor J Clowes declared that as a former Cabinet Member she had been involved in similar conversations some years ago involving the redevelopment of Crewe town centre, however she did not feel she had pre-determined the application.
