To allocate the financial responsibilities within the Medium Term Finance Strategy (MTFS) to each relevant Committee, including:
- Revenue income and expenditure
- Capital expenditure
- Reserves
Ensuring all responsibilities are allocated within the balanced position and reported to each Committee.
To establish a working group of members and officers to review the financial assumptions within the MTFS. The working group will report back or refer items in September related to oversight of financial judgements and areas of discretion.
To approve the overarching timeline for review of the MTFS, specifically the 2022/23 Budget.
To note or approve virements and supplementary estimates as required.
