The household waste recycling centre contract is due for renewal in 2023 and the open procurement process will start in 2021. This report will present the results of the public consultation carried out Nov 2020 – Jan 2021 to inform the procurement and will seek to authorise officers to take all necessary actions to implement the proposal.
