To enter into a new S75 Partnership Agreement with the local health partner (NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group) to cover the period from 1st April 2020 until 31st March 2021 with the option to extend the agreement for a further period of one year, subject to there being a national requirement to operate the Better Care Fund as a Section 75 pooled budget agreement until 2021/22. |
