Membership:
3 Councillors, established on
an ad hoc basis in consultation with the Chair of the Corporate
Policy Committee drawn from a pool of 10.
The requirement of political proportionality under
section 15 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 is waived
in relation to the sub-committee.

circumstances:

Appeals against dismissal

Appeals against grievances
1.3
Appeals against policy (but only the first appeal
where the appeals are based on the same
issues/circumstances)
