Issue - meetings

The next meeting is scheduled for 21^st May 2010.  

The Panel will be invited to agree its meetings for the Municipal Year 2010-2011. Officers will advise on the most appropriate dates; Members are reminded that the Panel should meet at least termly.

The Panel was invited to agree its meetings for the new Municipal Year.

RESOLVED:  That the Panel meet on the following dates at Macclesfield Town Hall, meetings to commence at 10.00 am –

                        28^th May

                        22^nd October

                        4^th February 2011
