Issue - meetings

Members are invited to agree a date for the next meeting.  In light of the timetable proposed in item 6 above, Members may decide that a further meeting is not required in advance of the Governance and Constitution Committee meeting to be held on 28^th January 2010.

Members were advised that the date of the next meeting would be dependent on the need to meet the deadlines set by the Boundary Committee and would, therefore,  be communicated to the Sub Committee in due course
