Issue - meetings

To provide an opportunity for Members and Officers to declare any personal and/or prejudicial interests in any item on the agenda.

The following specific declarations of interest were made in respect of agenda item 6 (Local Authority Appointments to School Governing Bodies).

Councillor D Thompson: Personal and prejudicial interest in respect of Disley Primary School, on the basis that she was the nominee.

Councillor D Flude:   Personal and prejudicial interest in respect of (a) Pebble Brook Primary School on the basis that she was the Chair of the School Governors and a nominee; and (b) Westminster Street Nursery School on the basis that she was the nominee.

Councillor T Jackson: Personal and prejudicial interest in respect of Prestbury Church of England Primary School on the basis that she was the nominee.

Councillor S Jones  Personal and prejudicial interest in respect of Alsager School on the basis that she was the nominee.

Councillor P Findlow:  Personal and prejudicial interest in respect of Falllibroome High School and Tytherington High School on the basis that he had been nominated to each school.

Each Member also declared a personal interest in agenda item 6 in respect of any nominee who was a Cheshire East Councillors.
