The Committee considered a report regarding the above planning application.

 

RESOLVED – That the application be REFUSED for the following reason:

 

The proposed development would have an adverse impact on the residential amenity of adjacent property by virtue of the loss of light to No.20 Colley Lane contrary to Congleton Local Plan Policy GR6.
