RESOLVED: 

That the minutes of the meeting held on 21^st September 2009 be approved as a correct record subject to the following amendments –

ADD to the list of those present –

·          Councillor M Parsons

·          Mr R Pomlett (Independent Member)

·          Mr M Garratt (Independent Member)

AMEND the designation of Mrs P Barnett from “Independent Member” to “Parish Council representative”.
