That the minutes of the meeting be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman subject to:
- The resolution of minutes 17 and 18 being amended to read ‘That the report be received but advice was given to officers regarding this’.
- Councillors J Jones and D Hough being included in the list of apologies.
