In the interest of openness in respect of application 21/4426M, Councillor N Mannion declared that similarly to his declaration in relation to application 20/1063M which was considered by the Committee in May, he had previously been Portfolio Holder for Environment and Regeneration with responsibility for the disposal of Cheshire East Council owned land. He had not been involved in the disposal of the land in questions and had no involvement in the two subsequent planning applications related to the land.
