RESOLVED

For the reasons set out in the report: -

That approval be given for Cheshire East Council to wholly disregard War Widows (Widowers) and War Disablement Pensions and the Armed Forces and Reserved Forces Compensation Scheme payments when assessing entitlement to Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.
