To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 14^th June 2012.

RESOLVED

That the minutes of the meeting of 14^th June 2012 be approved as a correct record subject to an amendment to include the following additional resolution:

“(13)    the Council’s decision-making process needs to be more robust and all matters relating to high risk projects need to be tabled through Scrutiny regardless of whether or not they are taken by delegated decision.”
