The Cabinet Member for Procurement, Assets and Shared Services considered the report of the Assets Manager in respect of a proposal to dispose of land at Chapel Street Car Park, Sandbach, shown edged red on the plan attached to the report.
RESOLVED
That the land at Chapel Street Car Park, Sandbach as referred to in the report be sold to the applicants on terms and conditions to be determined by the Assets Manager, Borough Solicitor and Car Parks Manager.
