Members are reminded that the next meeting is to be held on 4 February 2011.

It was AGREED that a special meeting be held on Wednesday, 1st December 2010 at 10.30 am to discuss the revised procedure described in Minute No. 12 above, together with any applications which may be received before that date.
It was noted that the next scheduled meeting was 4 February 2011.
