Mr M Reeves (supporter) and Mr G Dyson, Malahat Properties Ltd (on behalf of the applicants) had registered their intention to address the Committee on this matter but did not speak.

RESOLVED – That the Head of Planning and Policy be granted delegated authority to APPROVE the application following the expiration of the publicity period on 28 April 2010, subject to no new issues being raised and the following conditions:
