RESOLVED – That the application be APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard time limit.
2. Compliance with the approved plans.
3. Notwithstanding the details on the submitted plan, the fencing shall be solid (not mesh) fencing, details of which and a method of fixing to be submitted and agreed by the Local Planning Authority.
