The Committee was briefed on the content of the Staffing Regulations, the implications for the new authorities and identified issues and options for consideration.
RESOLVED that Officers now note the guidance given by the Committee on the matters identified for advice in Appendix 1 in relation to the appointment of staff and the aggregation and disaggregation to the new Authority.
