DB5 (inc. DB4 &DB33) are concerned with
Supporting Welfare in Cheshire East - TVI put forward the business
case for Policy In Practice Low income Family Tracker and Council
Tax Reduction Scheme modelling.
The LIFT platform will be used to match existing Rev's and Ben's
data against various data sources to understand if residents could
be entitled to benefits which they are not currently claiming -
this will then be used as the basis for a targeted take-up
campaign.
CTRS will model 3 scenarios for changes to the current CT Reduction
scheme and provide reports on the impact on various types of
households (for example households with people claiming PIP or
households claiming Universal credit)
Both have been approved by ERP, have DPIA's approved and an IAQ has
been completed for them.
CTRS is an urgent requirement as we have to start the work now to
meet the August deadline for consulations
