The policy sets out the fees and charges levied by the Public Rights of Way Team for Public Path Orders, Temporary and Emergency Closures, Landowner Deposits and Statements and Public Rights of Way Searches, Meetings/Site Visits and Enforcement Cost Recovery from April 2025 onwards. There is no profit element to the charges with costs reflecting the true cost of the administrative process. This policy is part of the Council’s overall charging policy. Fees and charges are outside the scope of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Subject to any departmental review of charging policy or the implementation of statutory regulations relating to local authority charges, the following charges apply from April 2025
