Councillor Brian Puddicombe - In the interests of Openness - In relation to item 8 Academisation of Hurdsfield Community Primary School Councillor B Puddicombe declared that he was a governor at Ivy Bank Primary School which was part of the Aspire Academy Trust and in the interests of openness and transparency would not take part in the debate and vote.
