To accept and sign the appended UKSPF Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) supplied by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) for UKSPF noting that this MoU will include both core and the Rural SPF. This MoU extends the delivery period from 31 March 2026 to 30 September 2026.
