Minutes:

The Cabinet Member considered a report seeking approval for the granting of an easement to EON Central Networks in order to allow them to carry out replacement electric supply works to the Astbury Marsh Caravan Park.

Astbury Marsh Caravan Park was a residential Gypsy and Traveller site within the ownership of Cheshire East Borough Council. It had been established that the electricity supply needed to be replaced, which would require the Council entering into a deed of easement with the utility company (EON Central Networks) before the company could undertake the required works.

RESOLVED

That an easement be granted to EON Central Networks in order to allow them to carry out required replacement electric supply works to the Astbury Marsh Caravan Park, the terms and conditions to be determined by the Asset Manager and the Borough Solicitor.
